Quantity Surveyor - Environment

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our Environment Business team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will work closely with our Pre-Construction, Design, and Delivery functions to manage the commercial administration, reporting, and performance on our Yorkshire Water Frameworks.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for producing subcontract documentation, negotiating terms and conditions, prices, and programs, and managing subcontract works packages. You will also produce and issue commercial notices to clients and subcontractors, manage change in a timely manner, and produce Compensation Event Quotations.

We are looking for a self-starter with a can-do attitude, a desire to pick up new challenges, and a commitment to working together to achieve results. You will thrive in a collaborative environment, working with stakeholders across all levels, and have a strong understanding of our business from a commercial standpoint.
