Infrastructure Quantity Surveyor Role Overview

Anderselite LTD is seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NEC forms of contract and the ability to apply them effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the commercial team in managing contracts and handling subcontractor agreements.
  • Ensure financial performance on infrastructure projects.
  • Assist in creating a safe working environment on-site.
  • Prepare and negotiate subcontract documentation.
  • Issue necessary commercial notices to clients and subcontractors.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in quantity surveying.
  • Strong understanding of NEC forms of contract.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and contract management systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure.
