About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our specialist reporting client management team at Salterbaxter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing large corporate and sustainability reporting projects, ensuring high-quality project management and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project finances, including budget estimates, forecasting, change requests, and budget reconciliations.
  • Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, prioritize workstreams, identify potential issues early, and keep everything on track.
  • Participate in internal financial reporting and contribute to all project-related administration and organization around key milestones.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure the quality of all project outputs – externally and internally, including documentation, proofs, and communications.
Requirements
  • Experience in client service and project management within reporting, sustainability or corporate communications – agency or client side.
  • Experience of planning and managing end-to-end projects with integrated project teams including consultancy, design and specialist inputs.
  • Experience of integrated project delivery such as print, digital, reporting and comms.
  • Excellent writing, editing, proof reading skills.
