Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Account Director to lead large corporate and sustainability reporting projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client service and project management, with expertise in integrated project delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Provide exceptional client service, managing client inputs and expectations.
  • Manage project finances, including budget estimates and reconciliations.
  • Maintain attention to detail to ensure high-quality project outputs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in client service and project management within reporting, sustainability, or corporate communications.
  • Experience in integrated project delivery, including print, digital, and reporting.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
