About the Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our teams on a temporary basis during our peak trading period.

As a Festive Sales Associate, you will be part of our vibrant store teams, engaging with customers, maximising sales, and contributing to daily and weekly store targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, building rapport and exceeding expectations
  • Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during our Peak Trading period
  • Support colleagues in creating a memorable customer experience
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits
  • Adhere to all store/company retail housekeeping, health & safety, and security standards
  • Support visual merchandising changes and stock management
  • Follow Brand/store procedures when receiving deliveries and replenishing stock
