Christmas Stylist Opportunity at Jo Malone London

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Christmas Stylist at Jo Malone London.

As a Christmas Stylist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, building rapport, and exceeding expectations. You will be responsible for contributing to daily and weekly store targets during our peak trading period, supporting colleagues, and working as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships and exceeding customer expectations
  • Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during peak trading periods
  • Support colleagues and work as part of a team to create a memorable customer experience
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits
  • Adhere to all store and company retail housekeeping, health & safety, and security standards
  • Support visual merchandising changes and stock management
  • Follow brand and store procedures when receiving, checking, unpacking deliveries, and replenishing stock
