About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Christmas Stylist to join our team at Jo Malone London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales during our peak trading period.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, building rapport and exceeding customer expectations
- Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during our peak trading period
- Support colleagues in creating a memorable customer experience
- Educate customers on product features and benefits
- Adhere to all store/company retail housekeeping, health & safety and security standards
- Support visual merchandising changes and stock management
- Follow Brand/store procedures when receiving, checking, unpacking deliveries, actioning stock movements, and following replenishment process

Requirements
- Passionate and enthusiastic about our brands
- Great communicator, able to positively engage with customers
- Flexibility to work across peak in the six weeks leading up to Christmas

- Responsive to business needs, proactive to go above and beyond
- Previous retail, sales or customer service experience is desirable
