Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our teams on a temporary basis during our peak trading period. As a Festive Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales during our busiest time of the year.



Job Responsibilities



  • Deliver exceptional customer service, building rapport and exceeding customer expectations

  • Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during our peak trading period

  • Support colleagues, working as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience


Key Responsibilities



  • Educate customers on product features and benefits

  • Adhere to all store/company retail housekeeping, health & safety and security standards

  • Make our stores peak ready by supporting the management team with visual merchandising changes and stock management

  • Follow Brand/store procedures when receiving, checking, unpacking deliveries, actioning stock movements, and following replenishment process

  • Keep up to date on company/store information by means of Workplace, team briefs, or any other forums the Brand utilizes

  • Flexibility to work across peak in the six weeks leading up to Christmas

  • Positive outlook and accommodating, can-do attitude

  • Responsive to business needs, proactive to go above and beyond

  • Previous retail, sales or customer service experience is desirable
