Economics Teacher / Economics ECT Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Economics Teacher / Economics ECT to join our team at a reputable Secondary School in Westminster. This is a full-time and permanent position, offering a competitive salary and opportunities for professional growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate students. As an Economics Teacher / Economics ECT, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, assessing student progress, and contributing to the development of the school's curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Economics and Maths to KS3 level
  • Deliver high-quality lessons and assessments
  • Contribute to the development of the school's curriculum
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve school goals

Requirements:

  • UK QTS or in the process of gaining
  • Strong academics across the board - Degree, A Levels, and GCSEs
  • Meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a 'Good or Outstanding' level
  • Willingness to listen to feedback and develop professionally
