About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly individual to join our Pharmacy team as a Pharmacy Colleague. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing prescriptions, and assisting with various pharmacy tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
  • Assist with various pharmacy tasks, including assembling and processing prescriptions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Support the Pharmacist with patient services, such as blood pressure checks and stop smoking schemes.
  • Develop an understanding of Standard Operating Procedures and work to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
