About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Pharmacy Colleague to join our team at Asda Stores Ltd. As a Pharmacy Colleague, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing prescriptions, and working closely with our Pharmacist to deliver high-quality patient services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer problems and taking customers to the right products.
  • Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently, working closely with the Pharmacist to ensure high-quality patient services.
  • Develop an understanding of our Standard Operating Procedures and work to them to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Collect prescriptions from doctors' surgeries on behalf of customers and bring them to the store for collection.

About You

We are looking for someone who is naturally friendly, highly organized, and passionate about helping people. You will have good computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will be able to work well under pressure and as part of a team to deliver great results.
