Job Summary
Circle Health Group is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Pre-Admissions team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. This is a part-time role at 30 hours a week across flexible shift patterns.
About the Role
- Provide expert clinical guidance and support to patients and families throughout the pre-admissions process.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions and high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement effective pre-admissions pathways to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of clinical policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care.

Requirements
- Valid NMC Registration.
- Evidence of relevant clinical professional development.
- Up-to-date knowledge in area of practice.
- Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability.
