Job Title: Night Concierge

We are seeking a professional Night Concierge to join our team at a luxury Student Accommodation in SW London. As the Night Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, providing excellent customer service and performing security checks to ensure the residence is secure for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to resident queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular security checks and building walks, logging all observations on an iPad.
  • Inspect communal areas, including the plant room, lifts, and corridors, to ensure they are clean and tidy.
  • Prepare and move bins for regular collection by external contractors.
  • Carry out specific training to acquire new skills, including full training on our bespoke IT Resident reporting systems and processes.
  • Write a comprehensive handover for your Day Team colleagues, ensuring they are aware of all incidents and actions taken during your shift.
  • Understand and adhere to Health and Safety and Fire Safety protocols at all times.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic IT skills and ability to learn new systems.
  • Physical ability to perform security checks and building walks.
  • Flexibility to work a 4on 4off rota, 8pm to 8am.
