Job Title: Operational Change Manager

Experis UK is seeking an experienced Operational Change Manager to join our team. As an Operational Change Manager, you will be responsible for delivering change activities that support the development of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creation, communication, and implementation of Operational Change Initiatives in our organization.
  • Work with the Project Management Office (PMO) to support initiative planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering all deliverables and dependencies.
  • Assess and manage risk, removing or reducing barriers to achieving goals.
  • Deliver status reporting and provide transparency on risks and issues.
  • Coordinate the management of internal and third-party resources.
  • Develop communication materials for multiple levels of stakeholders.
  • Manage day-to-day activities and ensure delivery accountability.
  • Ensure projects and initiatives meet agreed delivery requirements and acceptance criteria.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Operational Change activity with a good understanding of our Change frameworks.
  • Strong relationship building, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to make evaluative judgments based on analysis to resolve problems.
  • Experience in leading and managing multiple stakeholders in a complex matrix environment.
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, including spreadsheets, presentation tools, and project management software.
