About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Operational Change Manager to lead and manage change activities across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of assigned projects are scoped, planned, tracked, and managed to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage change activities, including project planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and embedding of new processes and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business sponsors, project teams, and external partners.
- Proven experience in change management, transformation, or operational excellence.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
- Strong understanding of business processes and systems, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
