Job Title: Operational Change Manager

Experis UK is seeking an experienced Operational Change Manager to join our team. As an Operational Change Manager, you will be responsible for delivering change activities that support the development of our clients' business capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creation, communication, and implementation of Operational Change Initiatives
  • Work with the PMO to support initiative planning and risk management
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering all deliverables and dependencies
  • Coordinate direct and matrix management of internal and third-party resources
  • Ensure delivery accountability and stakeholder management
Requirements:
  • Experience of working on Operational Change activity with a good understanding of clients' Change frameworks
  • Relationship building, stakeholder management, and great communication skills
  • Ability to make evaluative judgements based on analysis to resolve problems
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, including spreadsheets, presentation tools, word processing, and Project, and Programme Management software tools
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in leading and managing multiple stakeholders within a complex matrix environment across multiple geographies
  • Experience of project mobilisation, initiation, and planning, in addition to management of established projects
  • Demonstrable security awareness and understanding of security in the broad business context
