Job Title: Chef de Rang

We are seeking a skilled and passionate hospitality professional to join our team as a Chef de Rang at our prestigious 5-star Relais & Châteaux property.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service and maintain a warm, professional demeanor while interacting with guests.
  • Assist in the setup and preparation of tables, ensuring they are beautifully presented.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guest preferences and dietary requirements are met.
  • Serve dishes and beverages with precision, demonstrating knowledge of the menu and wine pairings.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and provide appropriate recommendations and suggestions.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Rang or in a similar role within a fine dining establishment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of food and wine pairings, with a passion for gastronomy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations.
