Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Bicester Village. As a key member of our real estate team, you will be responsible for implementing value-added asset management construction projects, planned preventative maintenance programs, and sustainability-enhancing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the real estate director to introduce new asset management systems, including construction processes that support our business's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals.
  • Collaborate with asset and facilities managers to identify and implement opportunities to enhance the value of our assets through the construction and planning process.
  • Oversee small-development projects across the village, including the creation of additional retail space, parking enhancements, placemaking activities, and guest-facing facilities.
  • Monitor, drive progress on, and report against all small development projects across the village.
  • Supervise the development accounting and financial monitoring system and work with finance teams to prepare regular reports for senior executives and board meetings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a construction manager or similar role within the luxury retail sector.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple projects and locations.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with both creative and operational teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, architecture, or a related field.
