About the Role

Pareto FM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time, UK-based role that will involve managing one of our major accounts, a leading online gaming business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service to our client across multiple sites and pan-European portfolios, ensuring compliance with our operating model.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the successful delivery of operational services across the client's asset portfolio and regional offices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Management: Lead performance management activities for facilities team managers and team members, driving performance improvement and excellence.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, planning and forecasting department expenditure, ensuring cost control and compliance.
  • Client Management: Manage client information, ensuring compliance audits are conducted regularly, and oversee the onboarding of new contractors and suppliers.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate operational maintenance, projects, or incident responses that may impact the business to stakeholders.
  • Sustainability: Spearhead environmental projects and strategies, leading the implementation of sustainability initiatives across the business.
  • Reporting: Present facilities management reports to stakeholders monthly, highlighting key metrics using data analysis.
  • Culture and Enthusiasm: Embed a culture of accountability and enthusiasm, driving great performance and results.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships and networks across and outside the business, fostering collaboration and partnerships.
Requirements
  • At least eight to ten years of demonstrable FM service delivery experience.
  • Standard H&S related FM training, such as IOSH or NEBOSH.
  • General FM training, such as L8 Awareness or Fire Warden training.
