About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Manager for Cared for Children Service to join our team at Tameside Community Safety Partnership. As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing our Social Work teams, ensuring they deliver high-quality services to children and families in need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Social Workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the needs of our service users.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service provision and effective communication.
  • Manage and develop policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

What You Will Need

  • Proven experience in a similar management role, with a strong track record of leadership and team development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
