Regional Sales Director
**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our client's team in Manchester. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical part in building our client's presence and revenue in the North, overseeing all aspects of sales strategy and execution in the region.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share across the North of the UK.
* Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve ambitious sales targets.
* Represent the company at industry events, networking to further build brand presence in the region.
* Regularly report on sales performance, market insights, and regional developments to the senior leadership team.
**Requirements**
* Proven track record in sales, preferably within AdTech, media, or digital advertising industries.
* Strong experience working with media agencies, with an established network of contacts outside of London.
* Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing and growing a sales team.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute a successful sales strategy.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
