About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker.

Your primary role will be to provide person-centred support to our service users, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with our service users, colleagues, and external partners.

As a Support Worker, you'll work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality support services, ensuring that each individual receives tailored care and support that meets their unique needs.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,750 - £26,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
