About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Night time Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their personal care needs, including assisting with daily living tasks, mobility, and positive behavioral support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting independence and dignity at all times.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Support individuals with mobility needs, ensuring safe and effective transfers.
- Implement positive behavioral support strategies to promote calm and respectful behavior.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
A positive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues.Physical stamina to undertake manual handling tasks and work shifts on a night basis.What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
