About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Maxim Facilities Management Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services to our clients across the Preston and Chorley areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Conduct regular site audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a cleaning or facilities management role, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and travel.
  • Full clean manual driving licence and willingness to travel to various sites.
