">About the Role:We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to provide support to children, families, and carers in their homes and communities.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an exciting organization covering the North West region, offering flexible working hours, on-the-job training, and a casual work attire policy.
Responsibilities:- Providing daily routines and mentoring support to families and young people.
- Assisting with supervised contact, hospital support, and confidence-building activities.
- Traveling within the North West, North Wales, and surrounding areas to support those in need.
- At least 1 year of support work experience preferred.
- Previous experience with children who have challenging behavior is essential.
- A specialist dedicated Social Work consultant offering a single point of contact.
- Exceptional referral bonuses - £250 per referral placed into work.
