About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our CAMHS team as a Principal Clinical Psychologist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality psychological therapies to young people and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of psychological therapies services for young people with complex mental health needs.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to junior staff members.
  • Contribute to the development of service policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless care pathways for young people.
  • Participate in service evaluation and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Doctoral qualification in Clinical Psychology or equivalent.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience of working with young people with complex mental health needs.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
