Integrated Assessment Coordinator

Prospero Teaching is seeking Integrated Assessment Coordinators to work in South Yorkshire, conducting needs-led integrated assessments for children and young people aged 0-19, and collaborating with service users and other professionals to develop EHC Plans.
The successful candidates will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise their workload and meet statutory timescales. They will also have knowledge and experience in planning and facilitating person-centred multi-agency meetings, and constructing and developing EHC Plans from approved assessments.
We are offering a competitive salary of £100 per day, paid on time, every time. Our full-time positions offer a regular routine, working 9:00am - 5:00pm, with 2 days spent in the office and 3 days working from home. We believe in supporting our staff, providing them with the tools and training they need to succeed in their roles.
