About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Facilitator to join our team at HC-One. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our care home teams to design and deliver training programs that drive excellence in care delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions that equip care home staff with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care.
  • Work collaboratively with the Operational L&D Manager and L&D team to develop tailored learning programs that meet the needs of our care homes.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in skills and knowledge within our homes, informing the development of targeted learning programs.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring support to colleagues in coaching roles, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, ensuring we continuously improve our L&D offerings.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs, both in-person and virtually.
  • Holding a training/teaching qualification and ideally holding a relevant Learning & Development qualification.
  • Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles, as well as coaching and mentoring professionals.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules and travel requirements.
