As a Continuous Improvement Facilitator, you will be responsible for promoting professional growth and development within our team. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team at HC-One.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging training sessions using various methods.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to reinforce learning.
  • Support and mentor colleagues in coaching roles.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Operational L&D Manager and L&D team to design tailored learning programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions through assessments and performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Holding a training qualification and ideally a relevant L&D qualification.
  • Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules.
