As the Executive Housekeeper, you will lead one of the hotel's largest departments, leveraging your expertise to oversee all housekeeping operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities- Drive excellence in guest room and public area cleaning, ensuring a superior experience for our guests.
- Develop and engage your team through guidance, training, and a focus on exceptional guest service.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to inform and execute the hotel's strategic plan, driving overall hotel performance.
- Proven leadership experience in Housekeeping, with a deep understanding of luxury market expectations.
- Strong track record of cost control, including payroll, expenses, and forecasting.
- Passion for hotel operations and a commitment to excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Opera.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
