We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Acquisitions Lead to join our Funding Directorate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Acquisitions team in achieving our goal of maximizing net income for our work with women and girls.

About the Role

The Acquisitions Team in the Funding Department is a dynamic department with a wide-ranging product portfolio and a multi-million pound budget envelope. We are looking for a strategic and forward-thinking leader who can take on the collective goal of maximizing net income for our work with women and girls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Acquisitions team in achieving our goal of maximizing net income for our work with women and girls
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve our goal
  • Manage a multi-million pound budget envelope
  • Work closely with the Retention team to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
