We're currently seeking individuals who are passionate about providing great customer service and would like to pursue a career in these fields. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a forward-thinking business that values innovation and customer satisfaction.

To be eligible for this Apprenticeship, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Hold GSCE Maths at Grade 9-4 (A-C) or an equivalent level qualification.
  • Have lived in the EU for 3 years or more and possess the right to work in the UK.

The role involves a range of responsibilities, including welcoming customers, booking eye tests, pre-screening patients, providing style advice, measuring frames, and taking phone calls.

As a trainee Optical Assistant, you'll gain valuable work experience in a full-time role, earn a competitive salary of £7.00 per hour, paid monthly, and receive comprehensive training supported by a qualified assessor.

SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Hours: 38.5 hours per week, including weekend working.
