Job Title: Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our young people, while also supporting the development of our support workers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet the needs of the children and young people in line with Ofsted regulations
  • Plan team rotas and support the Deputy and Home Manager in various meetings and appointments
  • Assist the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager in implementing all aspects of the Statement of Purpose
  • Supervise in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager
  • Welcome a diverse culture in the home and create a safe, family environment for the children
Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years old due to Ofsted regulations
  • Driving is essential due to the locations of the homes
  • At least six months' experience in children's residential care and a relevant Level 3 qualification
