Job Title: Residential Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Team Leader to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Residential Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of support workers to deliver exceptional care and support to our young people.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person.
  • Collaborate with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and company policies.
  • Supervise and support support workers in their daily tasks, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe, family environment for our young people.

Requirements:

  • 21 years of age or older due to Ofsted regulations.
  • Valid driving license, as driving is essential for this role.
  • At least six months of experience in children's residential care, with a relevant Level 3 qualification.
