Inclusion and Diversity Manager

A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a talented individual to join our organization as a Permanent Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager.
This role is an exciting chance to drive the D,E&I agenda across our global network. You will help develop and implement localised plans in international locations, shape and deliver agenda plans with the head of Diversity, and lead on the implementations of various Diversity plans throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Develop and implement localised Diversity plans for international regions.
- Support the head of Diversity in shaping and delivering agenda plans.
- Lead on the implementation of various Diversity plans through the employee lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Policy Lead to ensure policies support great inclusion.
- Work with the L&D team to shape Diversity and Inclusion content.
