Job Title: Arts Programme and Partnerships Manager

Richmond Arts Service is seeking an experienced Arts Programme and Partnerships Manager to lead the development and delivery of our arts programme. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing innovative and complex public-facing creative programmes, with multiple partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic arts programme that engages local communities and promotes cultural development.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with local, national, and international arts organisations.
  • Lead a team responsible for the creation and delivery of the arts programme.
  • Ensure the programme is visible and engaging, with a focus on audience development and marketing.
  • Manage budgets and income generation from trusts and foundations.
  • Communicate and negotiate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
