We are seeking an experienced Arts Programme and Partnership Manager to join our team at Richmond Arts Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong local, national, and international partnerships, leading the team responsible for the creation and delivery of our arts programme, and ensuring our work is visible and engaging.

The successful candidate will have experience of managing innovative and complex public-facing creative programmes, with multiple partners. You will also have experience of audience development, including the diversification of audiences and strategic planning around marketing and communications.

We are looking for someone who is able to forward plan and manage relevant risk processes for assets and services, and who can communicate and negotiate clearly and effectively with a wide range of individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong local, national, and international partnerships
  • Lead the team responsible for the creation and delivery of our arts programme
  • Ensure our work is visible and engaging
  • Manage innovative and complex public-facing creative programmes
  • Develop and implement audience development strategies
  • Manage risk processes for assets and services
  • Communicate and negotiate with a wide range of individuals
