About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Arts Programme and Partnership Manager to join our team at Richmond Arts Service. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering creativity and enjoyment of the arts, enabling people to reflect on their lives and develop new ways of seeing the world.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing innovative and complex public-facing creative programmes, with multiple partners. You will also have experience of audience development, including the diversification of audiences and strategic planning around marketing and communications.

We are looking for someone who can forward plan and manage relevant risk processes for assets and services, and who can communicate and negotiate clearly and effectively with a wide range of individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage innovative and complex public-facing creative programmes with multiple partners.
  2. Develop and implement audience development strategies, including diversification of audiences and marketing and communications planning.
  3. Manage financial resources, including income generation from trusts and foundations.
  4. Work with senior leaders and politicians, including management of political and sensitive matters.
  5. Forward plan and manage relevant risk processes for assets and services.
  6. Communicate and negotiate clearly and effectively with a wide range of individuals.
Requirements

You will need to have:

  • Experience of managing complex public-facing creative programmes.
  • Experience of audience development and marketing and communications planning.
  • Experience of financial management, including income generation from trusts and foundations.
  • Experience of working with senior leaders and politicians.
  • Ability to forward plan and manage relevant risk processes.
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate clearly and effectively.
