Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Primary Teacher to join our Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in South Birmingham. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students with challenging behaviour.

Estimated Salary: £40,800 per annum

About the Job
  • Teaching students with Special Education Needs, including ADHD, SEMH, EBD, and other complex requirements.
  • Developing and implementing individualised learning plans to support students' academic and personal growth.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and providing regular feedback to parents/carers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with the existing team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.
  • Creating engaging and inclusive lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of our students.
  • Providing regular progress updates to parents/carers and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Qualified teacher with QTS or equivalent.
  • Experience working with students with Special Education Needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
