About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Director to join our team at Dalkia UK. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities provide a safe and secure environment for our clients' staff to concentrate on their business activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with client teams to review internal new and existing buildings on our Sizewell C estate
  • Act as an interface between Dalkia UK and our client, Sizewell C, to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of client interfaces, monitoring performance and implementing improvements as needed
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity, and prepare and present performance reports to management
  • Assist in the development of interface-related policies and procedures, and coordinate with move labour, Space Planner, and Facilities operations Manager
  • Provide operational and procedural support to ensure projects are executed in accordance with established departmental, building, and client means, methods, and procedures
  • Support one-off relocations and office set-ups for client new hires and terminations
Requirements
  • Significant experience in interface management or a similar role
  • Experience with interface documentation and training
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in interface management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 package suite
  • Ability to work well without supervision and hold a clean driving license
