  • Proven ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in client relationship management.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in client relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 package suite.
