Job Title: Group Government Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Group Government Director in Europe or the US.

About the Role

The Group Government Director will be responsible for developing comprehensive strategies and long-term plans for our Group. This includes collaborating with the Chief Commercial Officer and Regional Directors to drive commercial success and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate global Government and Humanitarian cargo strategies and implement business objectives across the Group.
  • Collaborate with Country Managers and Regional Presidents to develop country-specific plans, maintain client relationships, and generate new business.
  • Monitor progress against strategies and budgets, reporting any issues or concerns to the Chief Commercial Officer and making recommendations for action.
  • Report on country and regional activities and adherence to Government and Humanitarian strategies to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience and expertise in Government and Humanitarian vertical.
  • Proven record of leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strategic Thinking.
