We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Amber Mace, a reputable nursing home provider. The ideal candidate will be a qualified nurse with strong leadership skills, experience in supervisory roles, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Job Overview
  • To develop and maintain high standards of care, medication management, and clinical services.
  • To lead the home's clinical quality control systems and coach staff to ensure quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Quality Control: To oversee the implementation of effective quality control systems and monitor their effectiveness.
  2. Staff Development: To support the development of staff skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  3. Financial Management: To collaborate with the Manager to manage financial resources effectively.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Qualified nurse, either RMN or RGN, with an active NMC pin.
  • Experience: Experience at supervisory level within a nursing home, having previously worked as a charge nurse or deputy manager.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage staff.
