We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our team at Reed. As a Sales Manager - Fire & Security, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the sale of fire and security solutions to clients across the South East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with existing and potential clients to increase sales and revenue.
- Account Management: Manage and maintain existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Technical Sales: Conduct technical surveys and provide expert advice to clients on fire and security solutions, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Project Management: Oversee projects from quotation to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Requirements:
- Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge within the fire and security industry, including fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV systems, and access control systems.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrable experience in business development, sales, and account management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in a related field, such as business administration or sales.
