">We are seeking an exceptional Mechanical Systems Engineer to join our team as an Industrial Automation Specialist. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about advanced manufacturing and eager to develop expertise in reliability and maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Our comprehensive training program will provide you with the necessary skills to succeed in this hands-on role, which involves installation, testing, and commissioning of new automated equipment, fault finding, and troubleshooting of issues.
You will work alongside experienced technicians to develop expertise in electrical, electronic, and control systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and safe working practices and maintenance procedures. As part of our apprenticeship program, you will earn industry-recognized qualifications and gain practical experience while earning a competitive salary above industry standard.
We offer a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, discounted products, free parking on site, and many more perks. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
To be successful in this role, you should have a genuine passion for engineering and technology, good problem-solving abilities, and the motivation to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
