**Job Title:** Mechanical Systems Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose pump and system repairs using manuals, schematics, and tools over the phone.
  • Provide installation and technical support for customers and service companies.
  • Develop and maintain customer satisfaction and relations.
  • Update technical documentation and manuals.
  • Conduct product training for customers and sales teams.
  • Mechanical inclination is required - must be able to grasp mechanical concepts and perform hands-on tasks.
  • Technical knowledge: good understanding of mechanical principles and various mechanical components.
  • General electrical or plumbing knowledge.
  • Travel required.
  • A willingness to work in a startup environment with occasional shifting priorities.
  • Good computer skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
  • Working knowledge of software.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

We offer a competitive base salary of $60,000 per year and bonus structure, along with these benefits. Estimated annual salary: $65,000-$70,000 based on location and experience.
