Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Executive to join our team at CV-Library. As a Commercial Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract new commercial clients for vehicles, such as fleet operators, leasing companies, and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new commercial clients and increase revenue growth in the commercial vehicle sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and demonstrations for commercial vehicles to potential clients.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts for vehicle purchases or leases with commercial clients, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, including tracking metrics and forecasts, and providing regular updates to management.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the sales process and after the sale, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and finalisation of sales contracts and agreements for commercial vehicles.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Ability to analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to negotiate favourable terms for both parties.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

What We Offer:

  • Basic Salary: £20,000 + £45,000 OTE UNCAPPED + Company vehicle.
  • Hours: Monday – Saturday (includes one day off each week).
  • One Saturday off per month, providing a full weekend off each month.
