As a Cabin Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning standards of aircraft, ensuring quality and timeliness. Your duties will include operating high-lift trucks, supporting the Cabin Appearance Manager, and ensuring compliance with relevant processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating cleaning teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and security checks.
  • Operating aircraft steps and positioning them as needed.
  • Liaising with movement control for daily work details and ensuring paperwork is compliant with GDPR.
  • Conveying briefings to your team and allocating tasks to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned using appropriate equipment.
  • Completing and submitting security check sheets, secure clean, and vehicle defect documentation accurately.
  • Working with the allocations team to manage aircraft arrival times, delays, and turnaround times.
  • Managing, coaching, and mentoring aircraft cleaners, handling absence management and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintaining staff discipline and ensuring adherence to company and regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in driving, preferably in passenger transport.
  • Supervisory or management experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation.
  • Physical fitness for manual tasks.
  • Attention to detail and vehicle maintenance knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility with shift patterns.
  • Valid driving license and computer literacy.
