Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all staff members sign in and out correctly as per company procedures.
  • Provide attendance times to the line manager for accurate timesheet completion.
  • Order chemicals on a monthly basis and provide a list to the line manager.
  • Inspect premises on a rota basis, reporting to the client and line manager on work to be done, standards, and cleanliness.
  • Liaise with the contract representative to ensure work programs meet client needs.
  • Supervise cleaning operations, ensuring client specifications and contract resource levels are met.
  • Work individually or as part of a team to supervise the cleaning of premises, ensuring they are kept clean and hygienic.
  • Carry out routine maintenance operations, such as wall washing, carpet cleaning, re-sealing, and dressing of floors.
  • Lock and unlock premises doors as necessary.
  • Ensure all working practices comply with the Health & Safety at Work etc Act.
  • Ensure compliance with company rules and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Practical experience in the contract cleaning industry.
  • Experience of managing a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Passionate about providing safe, clean, and hygienic environments.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues.
