We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Cabin Cleaning Services team at Heathrow Airport (Terminal 3).
Key Responsibilities:- Drive and operate aircraft steps vehicles to enable team access to aircraft
- Lead and manage a team of aircraft cleaners to ensure high-quality cleaning services are delivered against tight timescales
- Ensure compliance with HSE guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular audits to maintain high standards of cleaning and security
- Liaise with movement control and allocations team to coordinate daily work details and paperwork
- Manage and allocate tasks fairly to team members, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and mentoring to meet service level agreements
- Ensure absence management processes are effectively managed and maintain staff discipline
- Proven experience in a similar role or as an aircraft cleaner looking to progress
- Full UK driving license and experience in airside vehicles
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleaning and security
- Competitive hourly rate of £14.33
- Contracted to 40 hours per week with permanent or temporary to permanent options
- Full UK driving license required
- Benefits package including 24/7 GP support, mental health support, and cycle to work scheme
